Mabilia – Ippolito 1845

This rosè takes with itself the elegance and the freshness of its name’s protagonist, Mabilia, Norman princess in the XI century who witnessed her “fable” in the Crotonian Marchesato land.
Grapes variety: Gaglioppo (100%).
Alcohol: 13% by vol.
Production technique: the best hand-harvested grapes selected from the finest vineyards undergo maceration on the skins for 24 hours at a controlled temperature.
Characteristics: it displays a brilliant rosè colour with violet hues, a delicate and fruity aroma with clear notes of sour black cherries and roses. The taste is fresh, delicate and very persistent.
Suggestions: a perfect match with white meat, main dishes, fish-soups.

Ideal serving temperature: 10° C (50° F).
