Wine Details

Made from Friulano grapes grown on the hills of Prepotto, this wine reflects the elegance and character of the region beautifully.

The grapes are hand-harvested in crates across different stages during September, allowing for careful selection at the ideal point of ripeness. In the cellar, the fruit is cooled and gently pressed, before the must is statically cold decanted and fermented in temperature-controlled cement tanks.

The wine is then aged for 10 months in temperature-controlled cement, helping to preserve freshness while adding depth and structure.

In the glass, it shows a straw yellow colour with a fruity, floral and mineral nose. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied and expressive, with classic notes of bitter almond, sage, pear and apple.

Serve at 10–12°C. It pairs especially well with San Daniele ham, cured meats and sausages, and is equally well suited to fish dishes, fresh cheeses, shellfish, mushrooms, truffle-based dishes, baked pasta and omelettes.
