Celebration of our history, commitment and passion. The greatness of Gaglioppo together with our desire to continuously innovate has given origin to a unique and incredibly charming wine.
Production Technique

The finest hand-selected Gaglioppo grapes are left to dry on mats until the end of November. Their skins are then macerated with wine made from freshly harvested grapes. The resulting wines are blended and aged in oak barrels for over a year.
Characteristics

Deep ruby in colour, with captivating aromas of forest berries, violet, raisins, and sweet spices. A complex, full-bodied wine, with intriguing roundness and a long, pleasurable finish.
Pairing Suggestions

Ideal with braised meats, game, and mature cheeses. Also delightful as an after-dinner wine.
