DEFINITIONS 

'Conditions' means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document, including any special terms agreed in writing by us. 

'Contract' means any contract for Goods or Membership made between you and the Company. 

'Goods' means the wines and related products which we supply in accordance with these Conditions. 

'Membership' means any Winederful Privé membership subscription (Gold, Platinum, or Black tier), including associated events, benefits, and experiences, supplied in accordance with these Conditions. 

'We' / 'Us' means Winederful Wines, operating at winederful.uk. 

'You' means the customer purchasing Goods or a Membership from us. 

AGE RESTRICTION 

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Winederful Wines. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel any order where this requirement is not met. 

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If our delivery partner has reasonable grounds to believe the recipient is under 18, delivery may be refused and the order returned to us. 

PRICING & OFFERS 

We work to ensure that all prices and product information displayed on our website are accurate at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to amend prices to account for increases in supplier or import costs, changes in duty or taxes, or errors and omissions in published pricing — whether or not an order has been confirmed. We cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies at any time. 

Please refresh your browser when viewing our website to ensure you are seeing current prices and product availability. 

Where we run promotional offers or discount codes, these may only be used in isolation and not in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or trade discount unless explicitly stated. If we discover a code is being used in breach of its terms, we may reject the order or process it without the promotional benefit. 

Black tier memberships may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice to orders@winederful.uk. The £200 joining fee is non-refundable. Monthly payments already taken will not be refunded unless a case has not been dispatched. 

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a membership where there is evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Conditions. 

SECURITY 

We take the security of your personal and payment data seriously. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. No card details are stored by us or visible to any member of our team. 

We use trusted third-party payment providers. If you receive any unsolicited communications appearing to be from Winederful Wines, please contact us immediately at orders@winederful.uk. 

DELIVERY 

All delivery options and charges are detailed on our website. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by seasonality, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of any significant delays. 

Orders are handled by our chosen courier partners. Once your order has been collected from our dispatch location, responsibility passes to the courier. We are unable to pass special delivery instructions to drivers (such as leaving orders with neighbours or in outbuildings). 

Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully. If any items are damaged, missing, or incorrectly supplied, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing orders@winederful.uk, quoting your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or collection free of charge where goods are confirmed as faulty or damaged in transit. 

Please do not install, consume, or gift any items you believe to be damaged or incorrectly supplied before contacting us, as we will be unable to process a claim once goods have been used. 

We advise against booking events or making arrangements that depend on a specific delivery date until your order has been received and inspected. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of delivery delays. 

For international orders, we cannot be held responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional postage costs where items are found to be faulty or damaged. 

CANCELLATION RIGHTS 

You have the right to cancel your order before despatch, or within 30 days of delivery, by contacting us at orders@winederful.uk with your order reference number. 

We will refund the cost of the item(s) minus a £10 return handling fee within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided the wine is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 

This right of cancellation does not apply to personalised or bespoke orders, or to membership subscriptions where benefits have been used (see Membership Cancellations above). 

Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit on return. 

WARRANTY & LIABILITY 

All wines and products are supplied in good faith and described as accurately as possible on our website. Taste, aroma, and appearance may vary between vintages. 

In the unlikely event that a product is found to be faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. 

Winederful Wines cannot accept liability for any loss or damage arising from incorrect storage of wine by the customer following delivery. 

GENERAL 

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Winederful Wines, at which point a contract is formed and goods are despatched. 

All imagery on our website is used for illustrative purposes only and is reproduced with permission. Label designs and bottle presentation may vary slightly between vintages or batches. 

These Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
