Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your Right to Cancel

When you join Winederful Privé, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up. This is known as the cooling-off period.


Refund Eligibility

You will receive a full refund of your membership fee if:

  • You request cancellation within 14 days of joining
  • You contact us in writing via info@winederland.org  
  • You have not used any membership benefits

What counts as “use of services”

Your membership is considered active if any of the following have occurred:

  • Wine has been dispatched or delivered
  • Member-only discount codes have been used
  • You have booked or attended events or tastings
  • You have accessed premium digital content or concierge services

If any service has already started at your request during the 14-day period, we may deduct the value of goods or services provided from your refund.


After the 14-Day Period

You can cancel your subscription at any time after the cooling-off period.

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Age Verification

  • You must be 18 years or over to join Winederful Privé
  • By subscribing, you confirm you meet the legal drinking age in your country

Delivery Policy

We operate a Challenge 25 policy:

  • A valid photo ID may be required upon delivery
  • If no eligible recipient is available, your order may be returned
  • A redelivery charge may apply

2. Payments & Renewal

  • Your subscription will renew automatically on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the subscription you have purchased
  • Payments are taken using your selected payment method at sign-up

Pricing Changes

We may update pricing from time to time. If we do:

  • You will receive at least 30 days’ notice via email
  • Changes will apply from your next billing date

3. Deliveries & Returns

Shipping

  • Orders are typically delivered within 5 working days
  • Delivery times may vary due to courier or external delays

Damaged or Faulty Wine

If your wine arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence
  • We will arrange a replacement or account credit

4. Membership Use & Termination

Fair Use

  • Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable
  • Discounts, offers, and event access are for the registered member only

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if:

  • There is fraudulent activity
  • There is a breach of these terms
  • There is an attempt to purchase under the legal drinking age

5. Data Protection

Your data is handled in line with UK GDPR regulations.

We use your information to:

  • Manage your subscription
  • Deliver your orders
  • Provide relevant offers and member benefits
