Description

From the Collio region of Veneto an extra dry, fresh and fruity Prosecco. A wonderful crisp clean choice. Great for pairing with fish, chicken and creamy pasta, or simply enjoy served chilled for all occasions.
Production Technique

The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo white vinification with gentle pressing. After the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation lasts approximately 15 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks until the sparkling phase.
Characteristics

Golden yellow in colour with greenish highlights, featuring a fine and persistent perlage that enhances its bright appearance. Intense aromas of sweet acacia and linden blossom, accompanied by fruity notes of apple and pear.
Pairing Suggestions

Excellent with dishes featuring dried fruit. Ideal with blue cheeses.
