Description
A vibrant Sardinian red made from Cannonau and local native grapes, grown in the Upper Campidano where Mediterranean conditions and well-balanced soils help produce a wine full of freshness, fruit and character.

Winemaking
The grapes are pressed and fermented with skin maceration for up to 10 days, followed by gentle pressing to preserve freshness, colour and character.
Ageing
Aged in stainless steel and then refined in bottle for a few months.
Appearance
Ruby red in colour with purple reflections.
Aroma
Good aromatic intensity, with elegant notes of sour cherry and redcurrant, followed by hints of blackberry jam.
Palate
Enveloping and lively, with freshness and flavour coming together in a floral finish.
Food Pairing
Excellent with cheeses, meat-based and vegetable pasta dishes, and flavourful oily fish.
Serving Temperature
Best served at 14–16°C.
