Description
A beautifully expressive white wine made from Vernaccia and Vermentino, grown in Sardinia’s Tirso River Valley and Sinis Peninsula, where Mediterranean conditions and mineral-rich soils shape its fresh, complex character.

Winemaking
The grapes are vinified off the skins, with gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity.
Ageing
Aged in stainless steel with periodic bâtonnage, then further refined in bottle. When stored correctly, the wine can continue to develop beautifully for several years.
Appearance
Straw yellow in colour with golden reflections at the rim.
Aroma
Intense and persistent, with notes of honey and yellow flowers, leading into a layered tropical finish.
Palate
Inviting and expressive, with elegant mineral notes and a long, savoury finish.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif, and pairs beautifully with pasta dishes and raw seafood.

Best served at 7–9°C.
