Rooted in one of Calabria's oldest winemaking traditions, this Greco Bianco is a quiet love letter to the Ionian coast. Harvested in two carefully timed stages to balance freshness with depth, then rested in stainless steel to preserve every nuance, this wine is representative of the coast.

ABV%: 13.0

Country: Italy

Serving Temp: 12°C (54°F).

Grape Variety: Greco Bianco

Description

A rosé that carries the elegance and freshness of its namesake — Mabilia, a Norman princess of the 11th century who lived her own “fairy tale” in the lands of the Crotonese Marquisate.

Production Technique

Produced from a blend of grapes harvested in two different stages — the first to capture freshness and aroma, the second to enhance structure. The wine is then aged for four months in stainless steel.

Characteristics

Crystal-clear, with an intense and persistent bouquet of tropical fruit, pear, peach, and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and distinctly Mediterranean, with a pleasant saline finish that evokes the sea breeze.

Pairing Suggestions

Excellent with sushi, pasta, grilled fish, and white meats.
