Made from 100% Gaglioppo, this elegant rosé is fresh, refined and full of character, inspired by Mabilia, the Norman princess whose story is tied to the historic land of the Crotonian Marchesato.

Winemaking
The finest hand-harvested grapes are carefully selected from the estate’s best vineyards and left to macerate on the skins for 24 hours at a controlled temperature, preserving freshness, delicacy and aromatic purity.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant rosé in colour with violet reflections. The nose is delicate and fruity, with clear notes of sour black cherry and rose. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant and beautifully persistent.

Food Pairing
A lovely match for white meats, fish soups and main courses.
