Made from Pecorello, one of Calabria’s ancient native grape varieties, this wine reflects a proud rediscovery of regional heritage, offering freshness, elegance and a true Mediterranean character.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand in early September, followed by cold settling and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in stainless steel until the end of January, preserving its freshness, purity and varietal character.

Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow in colour. The nose is complex, elegant and distinctly Mediterranean, with notes of citrus, yellow-fleshed fruit and mineral hints. On the palate, it is vibrant, balanced and persistent.

Perfect with Mediterranean fish dishes.
