This wine is matured in a Shi ceramic egg-shaped vessel made by Porcellania in Turin. Rather than being blended into the estate’s Chianti Classico, it was bottled on its own to showcase its unique character. With no blending and no oak ageing, the wine expresses Sangiovese in a pure, focused and unmasked style.
