A characterful red wine made from Cabernet DOC Asolo Montello grapes, grown in the Asolani Hills and shaped by excellent sun exposure and well-balanced ripening conditions.

Pressing followed by maceration for 10 days. The wine is then kept in stainless steel tanks.

Ruby red in colour with purple reflections. The nose is intense, with notes of wild woodland fruit, especially the wild cherry typical of the Asolani Hills.

An excellent match for red meats and hearty stews. Particularly enjoyable with Valcavasia chestnuts, stuffed quail and polenta.
