The grapes are hand-harvested in early October and undergo a long maceration on the skins. After just seven months of refinement in stainless steel, the wine is bottled to preserve the pure fragrance and freshness of the fruit.

Deep red in colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, plum, black cherry, and black pepper. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied, and sun-drenched, with smooth, caressing tannins.

Ideal with flavourful Mediterranean dishes.
