A harmonious blend of Calabria’s signature grape, Gaglioppo, and the classic Bordeaux variety, Cabernet Sauvignon, giving birth to I Mori. A wine that balances vigour and elegance.

The grapes are harvested in mid-October and traditionally vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Twelve months of ageing in small French oak barrels softens the tannins and enhances aromatic complexity.

Intense ruby-red with violet reflections. The bouquet is complex, with ripe red fruits, spices, vanilla, and balsamic notes. Full-bodied and well-structured, the palate is smooth, warm, and balanced.

Perfect with richly flavoured pasta dishes, roasts, and mature cheeses.
