A celebration of our history, commitment, and passion. The majesty of Gaglioppo, combined with our continuous desire to innovate, has created a unique wine of exceptional charm.
Grape Variety: 100% Gaglioppo
Alcohol Content: 15% Vol.
Production Technique: The finest hand-selected Gaglioppo grapes are left to dry on mats until the end of November. Their skins are then macerated with wine made from freshly harvested grapes. The resulting wines are blended and aged in oak barrels for over a year.
Characteristics: Deep ruby in colour, with captivating aromas of forest berries, violet, raisins, and sweet spices. A complex, full-bodied wine, with intriguing roundness and a long, pleasurable finish.
Pairing Suggestions: Ideal with braised meats, game, and mature cheeses. Also delightful as an after-dinner wine.
