Made from 100% Gaglioppo, this elegant Cirò captures the authority and character of one of Calabria’s most ancient native grape varieties, expressing the depth, warmth and heritage of its land.

Winemaking
Careful grape selection is followed by a long maceration on the skins to build depth, colour and complexity. The wine is then refined for 8 months in French oak barrels, adding subtle structure and elegance.

Tasting Notes
Ruby red in colour with light purple hues. The nose is complex and expressive, with aromas of wild berries, violets and spice, supported by a gentle touch of oak from barrique ageing. On the palate, it is full-bodied, rich and velvety.

Food Pairing
A superb match for beef, richly seasoned main courses and mature cheeses.
