Made from Greco Bianco, an ancient native grape grown near the Ionian coast, this wine is a tribute to the sea of Cirò, offering freshness, aromatic lift and a beautifully saline finish.

Winemaking
The wine is made from grapes harvested in two separate stages. The first harvest brings freshness and aromatic intensity, while the second adds structure and depth. It is then aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks to preserve its purity and character.

Tasting Notes
Bright and crystalline in appearance, with an intense and persistent bouquet of ripe tropical fruit, pear, peach and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and distinctly Mediterranean, finishing with a pleasant saline note.

Food Pairing
Excellent with raw fish, pasta, grilled fish and white meats.

Best served at 12°C.
