Winemaking
Sourced from some of the finest coastal vineyards, the grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed without maceration, preserving freshness, delicacy and purity of fruit.

Tasting Notes
Bright and refined in colour, with a soft peach hue. The nose is fruit-forward and expressive, with notes of citrus, wild strawberry and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and light, with a pleasant mineral finish that reflects its seaside origin.

Food Pairing
A wonderfully sociable rosé, ideal as an aperitif and a lovely match for fish crudo, simple pasta dishes and even fresh strawberries.

Best served at 10–12°C.
