Winemaking
Produced using white vinification with gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°C for around 15 days. After decanting, the wine is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 8°C until the sparkling process begins, helping to preserve its freshness and purity.

Tasting Notes
Bright and lively, with a fine and persistent mousse. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity, led by notes of green apple. On the palate, it is dry, fresh and well structured.
Food Pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, and a lovely match for fish starters and light seafood dishes.

Best served at 6–8°C
