Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown on volcanic soils in the hills of Bassano del Grappa, this wine combines elegance, depth and purity with the distinctive character of north-east Italy.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo 20 days of skin maceration to build colour, structure and aromatic depth. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in conical tanks before the wine is transferred to 400-litre Clayver ceramic eggs, where malolactic fermentation occurs followed by 12 months of maturation. This careful process helps preserve purity of fruit while adding texture and refinement.
