Made from 100% Garganega grown on volcanic soils in the Veneto region of north-east Italy, this wine combines lifted aromatics, texture and purity with the character of hillside fruit from Bassano del Grappa.

Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed following cryomaceration, helping to maximise aromatic extraction while preserving freshness and varietal character. Fermentation and ageing then take place for 12 months in a 400-litre Clayver ceramic egg, adding texture and complexity while maintaining purity of fruit.

Rested in bottle for 6 months before release
