Tasting Notes
Ruby red in colour with garnet hues developed through careful ageing. The nose is intense and highly complex, with notes of dried rose petals, wild berries, liquorice, leather, tobacco and spice. On the palate, it is rich, warm and savoury, with very fine tannins and an exceptionally persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Excellent with braised meats, game and mature cheeses. Also ideal as a meditation wine.

Best served at 18°C.
